By accessing or using BG Bueno ("the Service") at bgbueno.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

BG Bueno provides a free, browser-based suite of tools including:

• AI Background Removal • Image Compression • Image Enhancement • Image Resizing • Image Format Conversion • ID Photo Maker • Image Crop & Rotate • Photo Metadata Remover • QR Code Generator • Diff Checker (text comparison)

All tools process images and text entirely on your device using the Canvas API, WebAssembly, and JavaScript. No files or text are uploaded to our servers.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Upload, process, or share images or text content that you do not own or have the right to use. • Use the Service to process illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harmful content. • Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of any person or entity. • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the Service in ways that circumvent its intended use. • Use the Service for any commercial purpose that involves reselling or redistributing BG Bueno's interface or software. • Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all images and text you process using the Service. BG Bueno claims no ownership, license, or rights over your uploaded, input, or output content.

Our content: The BG Bueno name, logo, website design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our interface or codebase without express written permission.

AI Models: The AI models used for background removal are provided under open-source licenses and are cached locally in your browser.

You may use the processed output from the Service (e.g. background-removed photos, compressed images, resized photos, diff results, generated QR codes) for any personal or commercial purpose, including but not limited to:

• Product photography and e-commerce listings • Marketing and advertising materials • Social media content • Print publications • Commercial client projects • Software development and code review workflows

We impose no restrictions on the use of output generated by the Service, provided the original content used was legitimately owned or licensed by you.

BG Bueno displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other third-party advertising networks. These advertisements help keep the Service free for all users.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on ads is governed by the respective advertiser's terms and policies. Google AdSense may use cookies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing activity. You may opt out of personalized advertising at https://www.google.com/settings/ads.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We strongly encourage you to read it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BG Bueno expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement • Uninterrupted or error-free operation • Accuracy of AI-generated results • Accuracy or completeness of diff comparison results

We do not warrant that the Service will be compatible with all browsers, devices, or operating systems, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BG BUENO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of data or images • Loss of profits or revenue • Business interruption • Damages resulting from AI output quality or inaccuracies • Damages resulting from reliance on diff comparison output

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of the amounts you have paid to us in the past twelve months, or $10 USD (since the Service is free, this is the practical maximum).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BG Bueno and its operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights • Any content you process through the Service

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites and assume no responsibility for them. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

We reserve the right to:

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BG Bueno regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
