Our mission
Professional tools shouldn't cost money or compromise your data
We built BG Bueno out of frustration. Every time we needed to remove a background, resize a photo, convert an image format, or compare two versions of a file, we had to choose between paying for a subscription we'd only use occasionally, uploading sensitive content to a stranger's server, or downloading heavyweight desktop software.
None of those options felt right. Subscription tools are expensive for casual use. Uploading your photos — especially ID photos or product images you own — or your source code and documents to third-party servers is a privacy risk you shouldn't have to accept. And desktop software is overkill for a two-second task.
The browser is a perfectly capable processing environment. The Canvas API handles compression, resizing, and format conversion natively. WebAssembly makes it possible to run a full AI background-removal model locally. JavaScript can run a Longest Common Subsequence diff algorithm instantly without any server. There is no technical reason these tools need to touch a server. So we built them to run entirely on your device — and made them free.
BG Bueno is supported by advertising. That keeps the tools free for everyone without requiring subscriptions or account creation. Google, our advertising partner, may use cookies to serve ads, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

We believe useful software tools should be accessible to everyone, regardless of budget. BG Bueno is supported by advertising, which means you never pay — no trial, no credits, no subscription tier.
Every feature came from a real use case: e-commerce sellers removing product backgrounds, job seekers making passport photos, designers batch-converting assets, developers comparing code changes. We build what people actually need.

How BG Bueno stays free
BG Bueno is free to use with no limits because we display advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads help cover the cost of maintaining the website and allow us to keep every tool completely free.
We do not sell your data. We do not charge subscription fees. We do not limit the number of images you can process or texts you can compare. The advertising model means the service can remain accessible to everyone — whether you use it once a year or every day.
If you use an ad blocker, the tools still work. We only ask that if BG Bueno is useful to you, consider whitelisting the site so we can keep the lights on.
